I'm from North Carolina, and needed some emergency repairs. Steve got it done quickly even though I was late for my appointment and it was a Saturday. He alerted me to an additional problem that I knew existed, so I know he was being honest. He did not push at all when I denied the additional repair. If I don't edit this review, assume that my car held up for the 13 hour drive ahead of me.
